Oh yeah! Let’s get rockin island style! Reggae solo artist and looping maestro Wylie Jones @wylie_jones_music joins us Friday and Saturday nights this weekend! Friday 6-9pm before open mic night and then again on Saturday from 8-11pm!

Wylie is rooted in the Denver foothills and perpetually tours the Rocky Mountains. A few of Wylie’s most notable accomplishments include performing with the king of dancehall, King Yellowman at Red Rocks for Reggae On The Rocks 2024, recording at the award winning Blackbird Studio in Nashville, TN 2023. Playing keys with the legendary Itals at Red Rocks Amphitheater for Reggae on The Rocks 2022 and supporting Ziggy Marley solo at a sold out Mishawaka Amphitheater 2019. Wylie’s seismic soulful voice resonates lifetimes of experience. Wylie Jones’s exuberant talent and ear for soul shaking music make for an unforgettable experience of shoulder popping, heart thumping, hip shaking bliss!

Poke (pronounced POH-keh) means “to slice or cut” in Hawaiian and it’s main ingredients are typically various types of cubed raw fish. There are various ways of preparing it with different sauces and other additional ingredients such as fruits, edamame, avocado and more. Chef does and excellent job here bringing you some of that island style with our Tuna Poke appetizer consisting of fresh sushi grade yellowfin tuna, watermelon, yuzu white soy dressing, Serrano chili, sesame seaweed salad, and wonton chips. A healthy and delicious dish packed with protein and bursting with flavor offered daily from our main menu. Come on over and try some out! 🤙

One of our staple dishes, “Steak Frites” is a timeless classic meaning “steak and fries” in French. It is commonly served at European brasseries and is considered by some to be the national dish of Belgium, which claims to be the place of its origin.

Our version we offer the choice of a bistro steak or a grilled bone-in ribeye served with parmesan herb fries, two roots farms baby greens, and a red wine Demi-glacé.
