Why the name Rock Island? First and foremost, Rock Island is named after the Double Black Diamond, Extreme, Ski Run on Snowmass Mountain. (notice the EX in our Logo). A locals favorite consisting of mandatory air and deep pow!  Our venue also hosts frequent live entertainment and lots of Rock n Roll! Tie in the island aspect and we pay homage to our roots based off of the coastal restaurants of the east coast beach town Long Beach Island, NJ.  We bring the sea, 'The Island', and then the mountains, 'The Rock', creating a delicious ensemble of surf and turf cuisine that you'll want to come back to indulge on daily!
